Thank you for shopping with Yala Next. We want you to feel as good in your order as you do wearing our pieces. This page sets out everything you need to know about shipping, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
Shipping
Where we ship
We ship internationally via DHL Express. Available destinations and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. A small number of destinations are not currently serviceable due to ongoing regional restrictions or carrier limitations — if your country does not appear at checkout, please reach out to us by email.
Processing times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
Typical DHL Express transit times once shipped:
- Spain & EU: 1–3 business days
- UK, Norway, Morocco: 2–4 business days
- MENA, USA, Canada: 3–5 business days
- Asia, Australia, Latin America: 4–7 business days
- Other destinations: 5–10 business days
Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or local conditions outside our control.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Due to current regional circumstances, shipping rates to the MENA region are temporarily elevated — your exact total is always shown before payment, with no hidden fees.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT collected by your local authority on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the order or shipping.
Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality of every piece we ship. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund of the product and the original shipping cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
Wrong size, change of mind, or fit concerns
If the item is not what you expected — wrong size, did not love the fit, or simply a change of heart — we do not issue a cash refund. Instead, we will credit you a store voucher equal to the product price, minus the cost of the return shipment from you back to us.
For example: if your item cost €79 and the return shipping is €15, your voucher will be valued at €64. The voucher is delivered by email once your return arrives at our warehouse and is verified, and can be applied to any future order with no expiry date.
The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable, and the return shipment is arranged at the customer’s expense. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm the exact return shipping rate before you send the parcel.
How to initiate a return
- Email our customer care team at info@yalanext.com within the return window with your order number and reason.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Pack the item(s) carefully in their original packaging.
- Send the parcel back using a tracked service. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
Refund & voucher processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect the item(s) and process your refund or voucher within 5–7 business days.
- Damaged or defective items — refunded in full (product + original shipping) to the original payment method. Please allow your bank a few additional business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
- Wrong size, change of mind, or fit concerns — issued as a store voucher (product price minus the return shipping cost) delivered by email and applicable to any future order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable: final sale items, gift cards, and any item marked as “final sale” at checkout.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Our customer care team is happy to help you select the right fit using our size guide.
